    Our products are sold on a final-sale basis; returns and exchanges are applicable only under the following circumstances:

    When submitting a request, you must provide: your Order Number, supporting photos, and a description of the issue.
    We will review your request and respond with a resolution within 1–2 business days.
  4. Return/Exchange Process
    Contact Customer Service to submit your return or exchange request:
    Obtain a return/exchange authorization and the designated return address.
    Securely package the item as instructed and ship it back within the specified timeframe.
    Once we receive the item and verify that it meets the return/exchange criteria, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
  5. Refund Information
    Eligible refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
    Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
    Refund amounts exclude shipping costs, unless the return/exchange was necessitated by our error (e.g., shipping the wrong item) or by a product quality issue.
  6. Exchange Information
    Exchanges are prioritized for the same product in the same size.
    If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
